Kindly help me how i can interpret data to remove the following observation.


In your last submission you were clearly advised to interpret the mean values

 

You are required to do interpretation in detail of both organizations separately that what these mean values are representing about stress level of employees

You have to tell that what are the findings of this study?

After interpretation separately you have to compare the mean values that in which organization employees are more stressed and due which factors employees are stressed

3. The important conclusions, recommendations, and limitations are as following:

 

3.1. Conclusions

 

3.1.1. Top management has low stress in both the organization and they are most satisfied from their job as compared to the lower level worker.

 

3.1.2. Overall the employees in all categories in both organizations have less stress.

3.1.3. Employee of the Engro Pak is more satisfied than FFC at the level of feedback and incentives.

 

3.1.4. FFC has a good setup regarding training on the job.

 

3.1.5 More feed back is required for lower for supervisor.

3.2. Recommendations

 

3.2.1. Top management has less stress as compared to other classes, thus may review organizational support for this class for even Better promised performance.

3.2.2. The feedback system for the employees in the organization need to improve Employee’s stress can be reduced through feed back and incentive.

3.2.3. Employees’ feedback may be made a regular feature through a

Suggestion box so that Organization can measure both factors for better improvements in light of employees’ feedback.

3.2.4. Tight and stressed schedule of employees may also be reviewed by the Organization for better environment. Engro Pak has more conflict at work (Mean 3.61) and conflict at scale (mean 3.59) problem at work Mean (2.2) which is higher than FFC  so by analyzing different variable I concluded at that FFC employees has less stress than the Engro Pak at work place. How at job satisfaction and other activities level Engro environment is better than FFC.

 

 

 

3.2.5 Recommendations for the Organization

 

There are a number of individuals who have shown negativity during this survey through their feedback. The Organization may like to introduce them in details with the privileges and the support being provided by FFC & Engro Pak. Employees’ feedback may be made a regular feature so that Organization can measure factors on annual basis for better improvements as apparent from breaks and monitoring. There is a need to review the system, involving the employees in Process, since the stress level is high in the lowest worker may be given more chances to improve their professional outlook and performance, there is a need to identify the reasons of negative thinking which cause a high stress in the organizations. Non work activities are at low average, both firms should emphasis on recreational activities so the worker spent few time at holidays on picnic, change of atmosphere can helpful to reduce the stress at work place. Because worker take keen interest in outside visits and their mind  state changes which is helpful for more productivity at work place. Training programme should be launched and communication gap should be reduced. Give equal opportunities to all workers to comments and suggestion on better productivity. Rules and policies should be clarified to lower level. So the misunderstanding can be reduced which is the main cause of stress at work place. Employees have lack of interest and misperception on firm’s policies due to lack of knowledge because they are not fully aware from the policies. Top management should take keen interest and guide properly to lower level employees why they are going to so that. In this stress will be at low point on job.
