The Student Name column should contain the names of twenty students and GPA column should contain the GPAs of the students respectively. You can use any twenty names for Student Name column but all the values in GPA column must be in the range of 0.0 to 4.0 (0.0 ~ 4.0 both inclusive).

I can't see any guideline asking for categorizing students, this Excel assignment is just to make sure the basics of MS Excel, and in my solution i used strings by using values like 4.0 to view as 4.0, however if you type 4.0 in normal you will see it shown as 4 only and the ".0" will be hidden because of using number and you asked to format cells for GPA column. For Most efficient peoples, use formulas at your own risk. Thanks

B Grade Students =SUMPRODUCT(--($C$2:$C$21>=3),--($C$2:$C$21<4))
C Grade Students =SUMPRODUCT(--($C$2:$C$21>=2),--($C$2:$C$21<3))
D Grade Students =SUMPRODUCT(--($C$2:$C$21>=1),--($C$2:$C$21<2))
F Grade Students =SUMPRODUCT(--($C$2:$C$21>=0),--($C$2:$C$21<1))

And Pie chart is so much easy to put... its too much easy assignment...
