Catchy title: prevention of dengue in Khyber....(or what I ever u like to edit ....add )
Introduction:-
Ladies and gentlemen.
Assalam-o-Alaikum! My name is (captain price).........I am working in...(Military hospital)....: P
You all knows Human beings are the bet creature on the earth but besides this they can suffered easily by mosquitos and they died because of their bite...if the precautions were not taken.
First I will tell you about dengue and its causes and effects, next I tell you how to prevent on it.
Body:
Dengue fever is a viral infection caused by dengue virus which is transmitted by mosquito bite, Aedes Aegyptus mosquito, which bites during the day. Dengue infection can vary in severity from mild acute febrile illness or can be even fatal. It can be caused by any of four related dengue viruses. Also referred to as ‘break-bone’ fever because it causes severe joint and muscle pain that feels like bones are breaking.
By WHO the total Control and prevention for dengue has increased 30 folds during the past five decades. Some 50–100 million new infections are estimated to occur annually in more than 100 endemic countries.
But here we talk about dengue control in KPK, as KPK is not moderate by medical point of view and modern technology comes slowly in their hospitals and we all know that to control over a dengue virus or a fever is too difficult, and of now there is no certain vaccine for dengue and no specific drug that can treat dengue infection in KPK and many other places. Hence, prevention is very important and the prevention of dengue is in two way approach, that are precautions to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes and control breeding of mosquito.
According to recent reports, dengue spread in KPK and mostly places effected badly, More than 1,500 dengue cases reported in Peshawar. But know KPK government start door to door campaigns which makes good effects and beneficial for them hopefully, they try their best to control over it may Allah help them.
We should take precautions against dengue that not only specific for KPK people, so as a current situation we should close our doors and windows from dawn to dusk and wearing full sleeves shirts and pants or trousers, fill out the digs where water stay easily, remove all the garbage and spray throughout the streets and in houses also, and be careful by your own way too, by doing all this may we saved by dengue virus.
Conclusion:
Showed that the dangue virus is a dangerous disease. It can develop into dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome. But we can prevent it by i controlling the habitat of A. Aegyptus. Now, I'm sure that you believe what I say, a mosquito can defeat a human. Star from now, you may not underestimate that creature if you still want to enjoy your life. Finally, let's keep healthy by do the prevention of dengue virus and makes effort to awake awareness in other too.

Question 2:
No doubt that Speaking skills are key factor of communication, but listening skills are equally important. Elaborate the statement in best of your understanding.

Answer: Communication is effectively useless if you don’t listen to and comprehend the responses that you get in regards to your message. Listening isn’t just using your ears to collect sounds. You need to understand the things that are said to you in such a way that you can form a coherent and knowledgeable response.  Effective listening means more than just hearing .
Effective listening means that you as the provider are able to understand their body language and other nonverbal cues. The effective listening helps in interpreting the message that has been conveyed by other person. Effective listening is not only a task restricted to focus on words but it also involves reading the gestures, facial expression and tone of voice. Most importantly it is also clear that the people should understand as well that in what kind of circumstances the message has been delivered. All these aspects are part of effective listening and if one is clear with all these aspects then the communication could be established in proper manner. Therefore the interpretation of message is something which makes the communication very much effective.
