e6,e7 and e8 edges are incident on v5
v4 and v6 vertices adjacent to v5
e1,e4 and e5 edges are loops
e2 and e3 are parallel, e7 and e8 are parallel
no isolated vertex

V5 is incident with edges e6, e7 and e8
Vertices adjacent to V5 is v4 and v6
Loops are e1, e4and e5
Parallel edges are e2, e3, e7 and e8
No isolated vertices
