work breakdown structure is a key project deliverable that organizes the team's work into manageable sections. The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) defines the work breakdown structure as a "deliverable oriented hierarchical decomposition of the work to be executed by the project team." The work breakdown structure visually defines the scope into manageable resources that a project team can understand, as each level of the work breakdown structure provides further definition and detail. The distribution or break down of work is divided into following three levels:-

1-      Internal

2-      Foundation

3-      External

As we have the project of construction of Mega Shopping Mall so we can decompose these levels in to following structure:-

Internal level involves the initial works which includes electrical works, plumbing works etc. basically these works are necessary to be done at internal or initial level. It includes electrical internal fittings and also pipes fittings because these all are internal so done first before start of any other work.

Secondly after internal start of structure the foundations are being started because it get strong the structure of building and very important for further construction. It involves pouring of concrete structure and implementation of steel in the foundations. It provides strength to the foundations and all built structure.

At the external it involves masonry works, install the roof drains, toilet works, and roof works. After this at the end stage comes finishing works which involves plasters of walls, roofs, and paint works. Further includes wallpapers to the walls, floor tiling if needed.
