This effect appears to be particularly strong in type II diabetics. In one study, diabetics who drank coffee had a 30% lower risk of death during a 20 year study period (58).

i dont think coffee is that much beneficial to human body.
it cause insomnia, anxiety, agitation, nervousness, restlessness. also occasional coffee drinking may increase chances of heart attack within an hour after drinking coffee. it is more harmful to children than adults. in short coffee has more side effects than benefits.
