But Virtual University gets Payment When You Freez a Semester or Resume It.
Moreover, University gets Late fees, When you become late to Pay Dues. So, Therefore, There should be a Schedule of Bocking of LMS. It's Not right to Block the LMS after every Month.

by university............

Let me surprise you! more than 50% of students of VU are home based and they only see campus at the time of exams. I am also a home based student.

Regarding GDB, Quiz etc, you know MCQs are already developed, one teacher write GDB for each course and Quiz are automatically checked. Yes, assignment and GDB response checking is a huge job but the fact is that during the each semester, only four or five assignments are issued and a teacher can easily check 50+ assignments per day.

Anyhow, my concern is that a Public and Federal University should not stop a student from studying or appearing in exam at any cost. They are build to provide education not making money. University can stop a defaulting student from enrolling in next semester but they should not stop a student to continue his or her academic activities in already enrolled semester.

Ma time pe fees submit krata hon aur time pe paper deta hon. mera Kabi Lms block nhi hoa . Jo facility VU provide krti hai us pe Kush hon. VU k rules strict hain. Un ko lazmi follow krein

Ap ko sirf 1 advice dena chatha hon k "Time Manage" plan zaroor kia krein.

I wonder why your English was not improved
