Background:

 

It's well known that good communication is the foundation of any successful relationship, be it personal or professional. It's important to recognize, though, that it's our nonverbal communication our facial expressions, gestures, eye contact, posture, and tone of voice that speak the loudest. The ability to understand and use nonverbal communication, or body language, is a powerful tool that can help you connect with others, express what you really mean, and build better relationships.

Basically after watching the video you need to explain that how Dr. Shahid Masuood non verbal communication was complementing his verbal communication. Your focus must be on three
1. Appearance (How does he appears on TV Program. Is his dressing appropriate?
2. Facial Expressions: While explaining the issue how he reacts. Remember when he said it was for women (he smiled while looking towards the female anchor) and started by Nadia Khan. When he said "Mustanser Hussain Tarar" his eye brow spread for appreciation to him)
3. Eye contact: Is he having eye to eye contact with the anchor? He started looking into the air which means he is recalling his memory.
