Calculate the value of Cost Variance and Schedule performance index for a software project if:
Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule (BCWS) =18
Budgeted Cost of Work Perform (BCWP) = 16
Actual Cost Work Performed (ACWP) =14
Give your solution in following Table:

Question No. 2
For a certain project:
Budgeted Cost of Work Perform = BCWP = 10
Actual cost work performed = ACWP = 12
Calculate the value of “Cost performance index” i.e CPI of this project. Also mention, the conclusion you draw from this value regarding the cost/budget of the project.
