The interpretation of Q1 part b is also required.. can anybody give an idea?

Interpret:-

    Hence we can say that the mean of the maximum loads of all cables produced by the company lies somewhere between 12.71 and 13.29 and this statement is being made on the basis of 99% confidence

in column see 2.3 and opposite to it see in row 0.08 we get 0.4913

why would we select the 9th column of 0.08?

because we want to see the value 2.38

so in table we see in column 2.3 and row 0.08 or we can say 2.3+0.08=2.38

mean to say 2.8 column &0.08 row
