Cabbage Soup Diet

Cabbage soup is a very low calorie diet(800 - 1000cal* per day) designed for quick weight loss. Despite a large number of people following the diet, no one had been taking the credit for inventing this popular diet
plan. It seem that the cabbage soup recipe had been passing from one generation
to the next by dieters through word of mouth. Because of this, there are many
different versions of the diet, whether it is a new or old version, all of them
are base around a simple recipe called the Cabbage Soup Recipe.

Note : Cabbage soup diet plan is mean for quick weight loss in a short period of time(7 days). Pursuing the diet for more than a week may cause dietary
imbalances.

Cabbage Soup Diet Plan

Cabbage soup is a very restrictive, low-fat, high-fiber, low-calorie diet plan, directed towards quick weight loss. The basis of this diet plan is quite
simple, it is based on a "fat-burning" soup that contains almost no calories.
The cabbage soup diet plan allows you to eat as much cabbage soup as you want
throughout each day for 7 days, the more cabbage soup you eat, the more weight
you’ll lose (the newer version last for 3 days only).  On top of cabbage soup,
dieters are allowed to eat a restricted set of other foods, including
vegetables, fruits and restricted carbs and protein.  Drinking enough water
during the diet plan is essential, you are also allowed to take unsweetened teas
and cranberry juice. After the 7 days period, dieters must stop for at least two
weeks before attempting the diet again.
