  1. Any Compliant related to Virtual University of Pakistan to be disposed of by the University will be disposed-off within 07 working days.
  2. The complaints related to the Departments/Sections of Virtual University will be dealt by the concerned HODs through VU Focal Person (Complaint Cell) and will be responded /disposed of within 07 working days as mentioned in the “VU COMPLAINT HANDLING FLOW MECHANISM”.
  3. If it is not possible to dispose of such complaints within the stipulated timelines for certain reasons, and more time is required, VU and its departments are bound to provide the reason of delay to the complainant on daily basis following the process as defined in VU COMPLAINT HANDLING FLOW MECHANISM”.
  4. All the concerns have the rights to register the complaint directly to the Complaint cell.
