The admin officer carried out the risk assessment at XYZ call center. Call center usually has office furniture, computers and other IT equipment. Every employ has his/her own desktop computer and headphones to communicate with the clients. Admin officer notices different problems which employees are facing in call center. He found that computer monitor is not comfortable for staff as they are suffering from many posture problems like pain and discomfort. He also observed that excessive use of head phones is causing hearing damage of employees. Furthermore, due to viruses and worms attack, some computers are not in working condition. He suggested that every person must have comfortable chair, LCD and handsfree. Moreover, antivirus and firewalls must be installed in systems to remove viruses and worms. Finally, he made a final report of the risk assessment and submitted it to HRM department.

If the total amount is greater than Rs. 2000, then there will be no delivery charges, otherwise extra Rs. 200 will be charged.
