UDP is most suitable protocol for company.Live vdeo streaming and gaming is the main purpose of the company.If some packets is lost does not effect the whole video streaming and gaming.

I consider TCP is best protocol for the above statement because
TCP is better than UDP because sender receives acknowledgement from receiver at the time of connection establishment, so no packet loss occurs.

i think TCP is not the right option as it is not used for voice and video data
Yes you are right in the downloading TCP is best if any packet is loss whole data is corrpted. But it is slow than UDP. UDP has some advantages over TCP. Main concern of company is live video conservation and Gaming.If any packet is loss it does not effect the whole video streaming and in the gaming. UDP is ok for both live video conservation and gaming.

TCP: Transmission Control Protocol is the best option here, reason is well addressed above in your solution, simple answer is that TCP works with CRC which rectify and correct the error of any packet in case of any issue, but on the other hand UDP blindly release the data regardless of destination acknowledgement.
TCP is slow and UDP is fast. Since TCP does has to create connection, ensure guaranteed and ordered delivery, it does lot more than UDP. This cost TCP in terms of speed, that's why UDP is more suitable where speed is a concern, for example online video streaming, telecast or online multi player games.
