i_ ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram) jo ap bana chuki hein usay Logical database mein convert karein then apply normalization.
(if u don't know about ERD & Normalization, you will have to know about it first.)

yes, right said, your database design is correct but add Keys..Foreign n Primary etc as well show Relationships (e.g one to one, one to many etc)
