In HRM we studied that, how to planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling a company and it's employees. A company must be successful if the company has high profitability, High number of sales per employee and the value of market are also high. As an HR expert the company can be in loss due to the following reasons:

Company will be in loss due to cut in wages of employees of 1% would to the trick

The employees not performing well and not to motivate people in company because the company facing financial pressure

The labor union are selected as model of union by some companies

Managing director and finance director are not performing well that's why only 1% the union has been cooperative

Small business HR managers have additional tasks to manage if their company becomes unionized. In small businesses, HR managers have a dual role as they look after the company's welfare and manage and strengthen the employer-employee relationship. The role of these managers in labor contract negotiations involves maintaining a balance between the two roles. They must represent the company and its management directions while they engage in good faith bargaining with labor union representatives. They must strive to reach solutions that are acceptable to management, as well as the labor union.
