Pehly hmay khud thk hony k zrorat ha, still unblocker are in use almost everywhere in PAK. Meri dil say opinion yeh hay keh Pakistan being a muslim state .... un cheezon per restriction honi chahiye jin ko hamaray mazhab nay haram karar dia hay.

Even I would recommend to ensure safe browsing to all people like safe browsing is ensured in institutes and campuses of Pakistan. For this, restrictions should be made on ISPs.
