No, It's been a while. They stopped giving much questions from past papers. Questions are usually concept and opinion-based. They give some sort of scenario and ask a statement related to it demanding justification.
Prepare thoroughly from handouts and then consult past papers for further concept development. Don't rely on past papers only because now it's become risky. They usually give scenario based questions. MCQs are tricky but related to your course topics.
Good Luck

I have only passed 1st semester last year, so I don't have much to add on this topic. the least that I have learned is that there were few subjects i.e pak study's and ISL's MCQs were almost entirely taken from the past papers. The subjective part however was fresh and mostly comprised of unseen questions. then there were other subjects such as English, computer science and math. Nothing from the past paper even touched these subjects. so the rule of thumb here to score good mark is this:-

1. know your handouts inside out.
2. make sure you know the ESSENCE of a topic ; Rotting definitions won't do.
3. try doing everything in your own words. draw on your intuition. be creative.
4. spend last few hours on past papers specifically on MCQS. it always pays off in one way or the other
5. SMILE
