Nice share buddy!

But when a novice person knows that s/he is pawned then what to do next?

There are some manual ways by looking at currently running tasks of of your machine which can disclose the breach but is there any simple way to secure us other than use of an antivirus or shield or windows reinstallation job?

It is the mind boggling question.
