Today I am very happy about myself and my life.
But things wasn’t always this way.
A couple of years back I was a pessimist. I overthought everything. I wanted to take action but most often got lost in procrastination or fear of rejection of some kind so I did nothing. Life felt and was limited.
But somewhere along the way I felt I had to change. I reached a point where it was necessary. Not doing anything about it wasn’t an option anymore. So I started small.
I improved my attitude a bit. I took some action and changed a couple of negative thought habits like always comparing myself to others and overcomplicating things.
It got me results. And it was exciting and fun.
