proforma kay mutabik fill karna hai.....pehlay khana me job description aye gi jo kay unho nay scenario me batai bhi hoi hai...wo just find karni hai....kisi bhi employee ko hire karte waqt 2 chiza company dakhti hai, hire karnay say pehlay job specification kay mutabik add dia jata hai and phir jab select kar laitay hai to phir job description batai jati hai kay yeh yeh aap ki responsibilities hai

ab us nay scenario me bata dia kay kon sa department kon say kaam ka responsible hai....bas yeh responsibilities scenario me say dakh ker likh dani hai Job Description kay column me har department kay agay

us kay bad har department ki job description kay mutabik Evaluation Approach batani hai....ab yeh approach " result or behavior based approach" base hogi....es kay lia aap ko lecture # 17 read karna zaruri hai kay evaluation hoti kia hai......see attached file...thank you
