I Need help about C++

AOA...

    thori help chaye about c++,.. Me nay user say name lena ha, so agar cin insertion operator ">" use karo to we can add only first name, not 2nd, so ye set karny k liye me "getline()" function use kar raha hon, then ignore function be use karna pary ga for ignoring new line character, ... but ye use karny say input to ho jati ha , but out put me 1st character miss hota ha, mean 1st character gone ignore...!!
but me nay to only new line character ignore karna ha, so how to do that...??

example...:
char name[30],employe_ID[20];
cout" Enter The Name Of Employee:  ";
   cin.ignore();
   cin.getline(name,30);
  
      cout" Enter The Employee ID:   ";
         cin.ignore();
   cin.getline(employe_ID,20);

I don't so that its the problem... all input gone well.. only the problem is that it ignore my 1st character, but during running the program , if user enter space 1st and then type name , then its gone well, coz here 1st character is space char....

name ko string type declare kr do. and simply cin k throw value lay lo. simple solution.
