Js baat ka haq hi ni insaan k pass ap uski example use kr rahy hyn k adal k taqazon k bagir kufar-o-shirk ki saza nahi di ja sakti aik common reader yehi samjy ga k adal k mutabiq saza di ja sakti hy 

Or yahan apny kud hi  “ k koi insan dosre insan ko shirk ki saza nahi de sakta kyun k ye haq Allah ne apne pass rakha.” 

Ye insani aqal ka tazaad hy jb aik hi insaan ki aqal kud sy takra sakti hy tu 2 alg alg insano ki aqal may zaror farq mily ga yehi wo point hy jsy may last comment may point out krna cha rahi thi like Ap Zaeef Ahdees ko importance dety hyn but kuch sirf Sahih Ahdees ko importance dety hyn  I can’t read mind of different people  so it is better references should be generalized and every one can consult authentic  references according to their own school of thought.

Rahi baat Namaz may ikhtilaaf ki may janti hon preshani ki koi baat nahi bcz sb ALLAH k liae hi prhty hyn I am just trying to convey a message that we are not agree in one method 

But seems you still yourself took the title for yourself.

However, on a serious note, it seriously matters what deen & emaan we are giving to each other. If we are not careful, it will either lead us towards heaven or destruction.

Is point pe hamara koi ikhtalaf nahi k interpretation hogi to ikhtalaf b hoga but I do believe to be more cautious whenever someone is interpreting Quran. My point was k fisad aik bohat bara gunah hai, Fisaad k issue pe sirf aik nahi kafi ayaat hain, or ahadees b is bare me sensitive nazar aati hain. I will insha Allah try to bring this matter into the notice of everyone in future with further research.  

No I don’t mind constructive criticism but since you have interpreted something which belong to my piece of mind, m sure I can better explain my mind:

کیا دین میں کسی شخص کے کفر و شرک کی سزا، عدل کے تقاضے پورے کئے بغیر دی جا سکتی ہے؟

1st k is sentence ko meri discussion k whole context me dekhna chahiye, then 2nd ye k ye question (expectedly) jawab dene k liye nahi likha gaya tha, I will welcome agar koi is sawal ka satisfactory jawab de sakta hai. In short, I meant to say was same as you believe, k insan ‘perfect adal’ nahi ker sakta, shariat ne jin mamlaat pe jaza-o-saza k rules rakhay hain wahan pe ‘adal’ ki koshish zaroor ki jaye gi, beshak wo perfect adal na ho. I hate to quote the example of the court trial of Mumtaz Qadri sb, case properly chala, dunyavi qanoon k mutabiq saza di gai. Saza dena sahi tha ya nahi, ye is case k judges ka or Allah ka mamla hai, Allah jane k unho ne haq ada kia k nahi but apni aqal samaj se zahiri adal zaroor kiya (we have right to agree or disagree with the decision).  

You said k “Ap Zaeef Ahdees ko importance dety hyn”, nope its also a sheer misinterpretation of my idea on this matter. You may re-read my above last comments, me ahadees me high priority or low priority ko manta hon, but altogether hadees ko hi reject kerne ka qael nahi hon (Like Mr. Zakir Naik does) except in HIGHLY rare/exclusive cases especially when a hadith is contradictory to Quran and basic principles of Islam but I do it with extensive research on the matter AND NEVER MAKE IT MATTER OF VENDETTA FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN SUCH ZAEEF HADITH (unlike puritanical school of thought).

Overall, we have positive agreement on most of our views. So I hope there wont be further debate on it.
