is that true , if we bring the gruop of 4 people for MSCS from vu in any of their virtual campus, the tuition fee would be reduced to half?

i'm going to take admission in MSCS from VU. Yesterday, i visit a Virtual Campus in my city and came to know that if i bring 3 other students for the same program i.e, MSCS along with me (total 4) then all of 4 students fee would be reduced to half. Is that true?

Almost in all universities fee concessions are available for those who really deserve for it. of course Virtual University will have been availing this opportunity for students but in particular case not in Group wise. 

For pertaining more information please don't waste your time over here, as soon as possible correspond with Registrar Office telephonic-ally or through written to said section regarding fee concession.
