Lahore blaze still out of control LAHORE: Fire that broke out around 08:00 am in a godown in a plaza in Mochi gate area has spread to 11 other plazas and hurt 22 people, Geo News reported.

According to the rescue sources, two houses and a mosque have also been affected by the inferno. DCO Lahore Ahad Cheema told Geo News that fire tenders from all the towns have been sent to the spot. A portion of a plaza has collapsed injuring some people.

Even after eight hours the blaze was not under control and rescue services were trying all options but to no avail. Narrow streets of the area were making the firefighting efforts difficult.
