All those eligible students who have applied for PMNLS Phase-II and their status has been marked as “VERIFIED” by the University are informed that laptops shall be distributed strictly on the basis of merit. Due to large number of applications, the process is time consuming and expected to complete before the end of June 2016. Merit lists along with laptops distribution plan will be published shortly on VULMS Notice Board.
Students are advised not to panic or worry and let the staff complete this process within due time. Any e-mail or phone call in this regard will eventually slow down or cause delay in the process.

Helpdesk id is for your laptop scheme purpose until you are student of that university. for example: agr ap ko is scheme may laptop nahi mil raha to next year m scheme maybe ae, aur ap ka portal yahi rahy ga phr waha ja kay ap update krygy because in next year your semester and other record will be change.

What is ticket?

Ticket basically a complain/query to focal person. agr ap kay record may koi problem hai or update krna hai to ap submit ticket kry gy phr vo ticket ap kay focal person ko jaegi, phir focal person apki ticket ko check kr k HEC or forward kryga.

Ticket after taking laptop bhi submit ki jati hai.

For Example: Jo laptop diya gaya hai us may koi fault hai to ticket Hair company ko forward ki jaegi, or PTCL EVO activation problem etc, in sub purposes kay leye bhi ticket use ki jati hai.

Further agr koi baat samaj nahi ae so please ask

Many students are rejected by University and HEC also rejects more students in few days see this only Computer Science & IT Department .....................

In my calculations approx. 65% students are rejected out of Total 8,290 applied students.
