Cultural Difference is a major issue. I would say : Same People different Expectations.
In Europe/America when the meet each other they shake hands. In Arabs, Male greet each other by joining their noses with each other. In Pakistan, India people hug each other.
Read below my reply. It will help you to write. I believe still there is 24 hours left. Right...?
ANSWER NO: 1
Interpersonal communication occurs when two or a few people talk face to face.
Language misunderstandings are common among people who speak the same language.
For example, if a sales men Director in New York asks a contract in Brazil to do something soon, the two parties may have a different interpretation of the word “soon”.
Behavior is also become a reason of misunderstanding. Cultural differences in body language and other behavior can also cause miscommunications.
For example, in the U.S, it is it is important to make eye contact with someone who is speaking to you or they may think you are distracted. However, in many Asian countries eye contact can be a sign of disrespect or challenge to authority.
The person who intends to convey the message with the intention of passing information and idea to other.
This is the subject matter of communication .This may be an opinion, attitude, feelings, view.
The source initiates a message by encoding the idea in word or symbols and sends it to a receiver.
4: Communication channel
The person who is interested in communication has to choose the channel for sending the required information, ideas etc.
Example: In face to face interactions, we speak and listen but we also gesture and receiver these signal visually.
Receiver is a person who receive the message .it is the receive who tries to understand the message in the best possible manner
The person who receives the message or symbol from the communication tries to convert same in such ways so that he may extract its meaning to his complete understating.
Feedback is the process of ensuring that receiver has received the message.

1-Showing the thumb held upwards means in Latin America, especially Brazil, but also in many other countries „everything’s ok”, while it is understood in some Islamic countries as well as Sardinia and Greece as a rude sexual sign. Furthermore, the sign of thumb up may signify the number "one" in France and a few other central european countries.
2-In North America as well as in Arabic countries the pauses between words are usually not too long, while in Japan pauses can give a contradictory sense to the spoken words by the meaning of pauses. Enduring silence is perceived as comfortable in Japan, while in Europe and North America it may cause insecureness and embarrassment. Scandinavians, by Western standards, are more tolerant of silent breaks during conversations.

The sender is the first component of the process of communication. The sender may be a speaker, a writer or any other person. He is the one who has a message and wants it to share it for some purpose.
Ideation is the preliminary step in communication where sender creates an idea to communicate. This idea is the content and the basis of the message to be communicated. Several ideas may generate in the sender’s mind
The message is the heart of communication. It is what the sender wants to convey to the receiver. It may be verbal i.e. written or spoken or non verbal i.e. body language, space language etc.
To encode is to put the idea into words. In this step the communicator organises his ideas into a series of symbols or words which will be communicated to the intended receiver. Thus the ideas are converted into words or symbols. It should be according to the purpose of communication.
Next in the process of communication is the transmission of the message as encoded messages are transmitted through various media and channels of communication channel connects the sender and the receiver.
Receiver is the person or group for whom the message is meant. He may be a listener, a reader or a viewer. Any neglect on the part of the receiver may make the communication ineffective.
The receiver is thus the ultimate destination of the message.
He message should be accurately reproduced in the receiver’s mind. If the receiver is unable to understand the message correctly the communication is ineffective.
8. Behavior of the Receiver:
It refers to the response by the receiver of the communication received from the sender. He may like to ignore the message or to store the information received or to perform the task assigned by the sender. This communication is complete as soon as the receiver responds.
Feedback indicates the result of communication. It is the key element in the communication and is the only way of judging the effectiveness of communication It enables the sender to know whether his message has been properly interpreted or not.
What steps are involved in the process of communication?
