Objective of the activity
To inculcate among the students the skill to identify different responses of employee job dissatisfaction
Learning outcomes
The students would be able to analyze and differentiate between different responses that can be shown in case of employees and dissatisfaction.
The premise
A local electronics producing organization has been operating and providing jobs to many people. The organization do not offers sufficient long term benefits and therefore most of the employees are not satisfied with their service in this organization. One of the employees Mr.Saeed had long been searching for some others jobs and recently left this organization. His other colleague Mr. Haseeb is equally dissatisfied from the policies of this organization but he is hopeful and waiting for the time when the situation would improve. Mr.Ehsan being their colleague and dissatisfied acts in a different way and he is silent over the issues their by allowing these conditions to deteriorate in many ways remaining absent from the job many times. Another colleague Mr Khalid thinks that situations can improve and therefore keeps on discussing with his seniors the situation along with the possible improvements that can help to overcome the issue regarding the satisfaction of employees
