Topic: The Nature and importance of entrepreneurship
Learning Objectives:
 To make students understand that why young graduates in developing countries prefer
doing jobs, rather to go for their own businesses.
Learning Outcomes: After attempting this assignment, the studies will be able to:
 Identify the factors that discourage the students to establish their own business.
Back ground:
World’s best universities are offering a bachelor's degree program in entrepreneurship as a major
area within a business administration degree. Hands-on work through on-campus training,
employment opportunities and classroom simulation of the business environment are key
elements in many entrepreneurship programs. After studying entrepreneurship the students in the
developed countries are more inclined towards establishing their own businesses. But the
situation is reverse in the developing countries like Pakistan. Even though entrepreneurial degree
programs are thoroughly designed to inculcate the culture of entrepreneurship among young
breed but still they prefer jobs over business.
Requirement:
You are required to identify at least five institutional obstacles that discourage the students of
developing countries to establish their own business. (10Marks)
NOTE:
24 hours extra / grace period after the due date is usually available to overcome uploading
difficulties. This extra time should only be used to meet the emergencies and above mentioned
due dates should always be treated as final to avoid any inconvenience.

 Use the font style “Times New Roman” or “Arial” and font size “12”.
 It is advised to compose your document in MS-Word format.
 You may also compose your assignment in Open Office format.

REFERENCING GuIDELINES:
 Use APA style for referencing and citation. For guidance search “APA reference
style” in Google and read various website containing information for better
