Q Mention any three reasons that are unacceptable for management and result in immediate termination of the concerned employee.

answer There are certain reasons for termination of employee like; employee violates the rules of organization, employee involves in fraud or leakage of secret information by employee etc. 

Q What factors explain the decline in unionization for the last half century? Do you think the unions in organizations should completely die or they should continue

answer 

There are certain factors in declining of unionization since employer oppose union and takes aggressive stand against them. The employers often find the permanent replacement of striking employees. 
It is depend upon the situation. If organization has proper rules and regulation then no need of union. Union comes when employees do not get proper reward against their services. The detail of union concept is available in lecture no.35, listen the lecture carefully and your concept will be clear. 

Q under which condition termination of employee is prohibited?

There are certain conditions in which organization can not terminate the employee like; if there is not strong reason fault by employee, if employee achieve the targets properly and if employee has good track record etc.
