THANKS SIR
The salary of an employee is as follows:
Basic salary = 20,000 Rs.
Allowances = 10,000 Rs.
Gross salary = 20,000 + 10,000 = 30,000 Rs.
Cost of casual leaves per year = {18 / (22 x 12)} x 30,000 x 12 = 24545.45 Rs. Cost of earned leaves per year = {18 / (22 x 12)} x 30,000 x 12= 24545.45 Rs.
Cost of Sick leaves per year = {12 / (22 x 12) x 30,000 x 12 = 16363.63 Rs. Total cost of leaves per year = 24545.45 + 24545.45 +16363.63 = 65454.536 Rs.
Total cost of leaves as percent of gross salary = (65454.536/(12 x 30,000))x 100 =
18.181%
