In chemistry, polarity is a separation of electric charge leading to a molecule or its chemical groups having an electric dipole moment, with a negatively charged end and a positively charged end. Polar molecules must contain polar bonds due to a difference in electronegativity between the bonded atoms.
Dipole moment generally decides the polarity of the molecule. We take into consideration.the net for a equal base to compare polarity and non.polarity.
I do not know of any molecule which is nonpolar but has a dipole moment. It would be quite contradicting for them to be there. But please google a bit to know
