PIFRA has now change the online salary slip performa before this it was given by the googleonline form facility which is now changed to their official website and the interface is given below if you go for Punjab you just have to type P not the pu or punj .
Just check it female and male has separate forms to be filled.

Pifra sent salary slip to all Government Employees online here take a look how pifra slipslooks like when u got email. It comes in pdf format. Only Gmail and yahoo email accounts are accepted for registration. You may not use any other email account. I prefer Gmail account which is the best.
