So, I hangout with friends, offer prayers regularly, recite Qura'an pak. 

I avoid negative people. However sometimes I just feel sad, demotivated like. That's why i added this discussion, so maybe it helps me in my bad time.

in depression i recite Quran PAk with terjuma or translation 

or jab demotivate hoti hon to ,,, apnay doston ki taraf bhagti hon ,,

on say discuss kerti hon apni problem or solution nikalti hon.

jo behter lagta hy os solution pr amal krti hon 

aur aisay de-motivation ,,, motivation main change ho jati hy

I don't know either :x

  • qura'an prhna aur namaxyy prhna ye maamool my huna xhye
  • phr b kbhi kbhi asa feel hta h tu ...koi is k huny ka reason nhi milta 
  • tu ma phr wo krti hu jo ap ko axha na lgy 
  • khush huty hwy b khush rhy ...fake hi sai ...motivated khudi ho jye gy 
  • do bad things 

First of all We must Ask ALLAh SWT to help us in every matter and guide us to straight path. on the other side Challenge your self keep up with good things change habit focus on goals look for positive in everything. talking about  bad habit idk how to explain but it's in you like for me it's my Alpha mood which boost me up on different level. in simple let's call it walking in a different direction and not following the dark side. about motivation tbvh it's your family and friends choose hustlers as a squad and you'll see the change cheers!!

Ya myra favorite part h is question ka. M ny mostly kam motivation ki waja sy kia. Is m m kam he likho ga . You Know! M hr insan ki  achi Habit sy motivate hota hn.Even though; m class m sb sy nakama student tha lgta tha kbi mi matric ni kr skon ga . PR y motivation,is ny help ki mari m apny fellows sy hota tha. Wo best thy.

Depression

Depression pr m kbi bi overcome ni kr ska mujhy is m sb sy zeyada help chayia hoti h . agr m Depressed hota hn to mari life my sb sy zeyda help myry Friends ny ki. Mujhy lgta h y abi myra sath he h. pr abi tk to m is ko control kr lyta hn ksi had thk.

Mujay jo kam thak na lagay ma us say dor rati ho, jo cheeze mujay thak na lagay na to ma hud us kay pass jati ho na us ko ap nay kareeb anay dati ho.

aur bori habits sar agar dor rahana chatay ha aur apnay ap ko agar ap aik achay insane ma tabdil karna chatay ha to jub raat to sonay lago, to soonay say phlay aik page lo aur us par vo kam likho jo ap nay apnay poray din may kiya ha chaya vo acha ha chaya vo buray  ha sub laknay ha

aur phlay jo kam ap nay achay kiya ha un ko alag karay phir jo kam ap nay boray kiya ha un ko likhay 

then ap arida karay kay ma nay suba say yah boray kam ni karay........... aur hud ko is kam kay liya motivate karnay kay liya ap nay apnay zahan may yeh rakana hay kay Allah ko javab dana ha har kam ka , aur yeh bi kay Allah ap ko dak raha ha. Hud ko motivate rakhany kay liya ap kisi personality say bi inspiration hasal kara saktay ha. yah ap is ko apni khwahish bi bana saktay ha aur phir is ko para karay jasay ap nai dosari khwahishat to pora katay ha. is kam ko apni routine bana lay gay to INshallah ap improvement zaror dakhay gay.(ma bohat tarai thi is say improve howi ho.)

log katay ha kay aj kal kay zmanay ma  islam kay motabiq zindgi basar karna bohat mushkil ha.

koi agar acha ho log us ko bi batay kartay ha aur agar  koi bora ho to us ko bi. Aj kal log jo islam kay rastay par chalna chatay ho log usy batay kar kar kay hi disoppoint kar datay ha aur phir yeh sochtay ha kay ab to yeh log muj say bolatay hi ni mara to status aur standard vo ni raha vagara vagar.      mujay logo ki samaj ni ati kay yeh atni jildi disoppint ku ho jatai yarr ankhay kholo apni hamaray Nabi(S.A.W.W) jo perfect thay zindagi kay har moamoolay may logo nay to un ko batay ki, logo nay to un ko azayat di, logo nay to un ko divana kaha 

to phir hum log jin ki un kay samanay koi hasiyat ni, jin may hazar kamyah ha log un ko batay kasay na karat . Y u people don't think as.

pori hosho hazo say aik namaz par lay to depression dor ho jata ha depression isn't not a big deal.  agar ap kisi asai jaga ho jaha namaz na ada kar saktay ho to ALLAH HO kar lo.

thandi hawa may sanas, lo kudrat ko dako aur hud kay honay par fahar karo kay ALLAH nay mujay ASHRAFIL MULOKAT banay ha

try to enjoy every mommet of ur life. try to be happy. Love urself and ur family and love those people who love a lot and care about u.

Moreover keep this thing in mind whatever happen, anything, don't thing that what people will thing about me thing that what my people (the people who love u and with u love too) will thing about me. 

And have firm faith on ur ALLAH and on urself.

And also think positive always. Dont take the things in negative way. Always be positive.
