PM laptop problem

Mery laptop me ye error araha ha,ok par click karo to again yehi error ajata ha.
" the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot be proceed. To install windows, click ok to restart the computer and then restart the installation".
Plz guide me how to resolve this error.

1) Ap konsi Windows install kar rahi hain?
2) PM laptop konsi Windows ke sath aya tha?
3) Agar laptop ke box mai Windows ki DVD hai ya recovery CD hai to us ko use kar ke pehle se installed Windows ko repair kar lain.

Last option: Ubuntu Live USB se apna important data copy kar lain, phir HDD ko complete format kar ke, new partitions bana ke Windows install kar lain.

At boot up keep f2 pressed to enter the menu then reset and manually boot it. Or go to the franchise and claim it. Unless it's a problem u caused

Ap ki window corrupt ho gai hai... to new Window install karen...

Ager to ap new window kar rahen han t0....

apni CD ya DVD change karen... ager Boot-able USB use kar rahen han to thek wali file boot karo usb main.. phir thek ho jye ga...
