Just stay in this Position.

First day start with 30 sec and then Increase your timing by 10 sec per day.

Decrease your fat and increase your strength of muscles.

This exercise called elbow Plank it is very easy and fast way to decrease your fat. there are more Plank exercises but this is very good better exercise.
