Question Description | Discussion Question: In order to better understand the systematic behavior and dynamics of Consumer Banking Segment within a Commercial banking set up, it is utmost important to understand Business Model and its dimensions. The important dimensions of Business Model are; Customer Interface, Core Strategy, Strategic Resources and Value Network. In Business Model the first dimension is customer interface. The key components of customer interface are fulfillment & support, information and insight, relationship dynamics and pricing structure. Being a student of Consumer Banking, you are required to give your opinion on key components of customer interface. Which one key component is most important in customer interface?
