Questions No 01                                                                    10 marks

Create a worksheet with the name “Sheet 1” with the sample data as shown in the output.

1. Create a formula in the “Total Sold / Year” column to calculate the total of each type of item sold.
Total Sold /Year = number sold in Qtr 1 + number sold in Qtr 2 + number sold in Qtr 3 +  number sold in Qtr 4.
2. Create a formula in the “Sales / Year” column to calculate the sales value of each type of item sold.
Sales / Year = (Total Sold / Year ) * Unit Price.
3. In the row Grand Total, create a formula to calculate the total number of items sold in each quarter.
4. Add two new rows at the bottom of the worksheet and label them maximum item sold and minimum item sold.
Create formulas in these rows to calculate the Maximum item sold in quarter and the Minimum item sold in quarter. Also calculate the maximum and minimum number of cold drinks sold in overall year.

The desired output must match the following:

1. Create the following text in the respective cells:

Sex                    F5

Males                F6

Females             F7

Count                G5

Total Salary      H5

Average Salary I5
High Earners     J5

1. Enter the formulae to find the number of males in cell “G6” and number of females in cell “G7” respectively.
2. In cells “H6” and “H7”, enter formulae to calculate the total salary for males and females.
3. In cells “I6” and “I7” calculate the average salaries for males and females using the values calculated in questions 2 and 3.
4. In cells “J6” and “J7”, calculate the number of males and females which are earning more than 50,000.
5. Apply border across all cells data as shown in the output.

Note: Create an excel file with two sheets, one for Sheet 1 and other for Sheet 2.
