Take the solution posted by someone that 11KB file and remove the loops simply taking into account the setfill and setw example i have shown above. 

Tahir Ramzan was right. This assignment is not lengthy more than 100 lines of code. Hoping you got the point.

Take a look at what i said. That will be final solution not more than 110 lines of code. Just get rid of stupid loops . There was no need for loop with setfill and setw methods.
