Assalam o alikum:

Mostly MCQs were from past papers and from the lectures after 30...

Subjective was not so tough but totally was from the last 10 lectures.

questions were like

what is deadlock

describe the main 3 factors of Index sequential file system.

Write a query for creating the view (of the given info)

how to delete a view

10 marks question was like : the statements from last lectures were given and was asked to tell about correctness or InCorrectness. and also tell the reason.

approx 8 mcqs + 2 mark question was related to the Normal forms.

more info is now forgotten :(

i copied all of the questions on ms word but there was no way to take that with me...

subjective mozz ki file sa tha sara

ziyada ter statments thain batna tha correct hain ya incorrect or justify kerna tha

last 31 to 45 sa paper tha

Dear fellows 

I have attempted My Today's paper of CS304

as expected there were 52 Q 40 MCQs and subjective part was consists of 2x4    + 3x4   +5x4 questions

In macqs SQL cammands DDL DML AND DCL  were mostly asked .

all mcqs were new and easy 

in subjective part i will suggest to those who are still waiting for their turn to

carefully study

1) sql commands create table, alter table add column drop column

2) Joins and group by clause 

3) Views and view creation commands 

4)  index creation commands 

and most important deadlock, deadlock handling, recovery, transaction locking etc.

subjective part was chosen from last 25 to 45 lectures. 

 Finally don't waist time open your Notes and start your mission
