Please carefully read the following instructions before attempting the assignment.

• First of all listen to the video lectures.
• After that consult recommended books to clarify your concepts as handouts are not sufficient.
• You are advised to upload your assignment at least one days before Due date.
• It should be clear that your assignment would not get any credit if:

• The assignment is submitted after due date.
• The submitted assignment does not open or file is corrupt.
• The assignment is copied. Note that strict action would be taken if the submitted assignment is copied from any other student. Both students will be punished severely.

 

You are required to create a C# Console application using Visual Studio.

Problem Statement:

1. You are required to create 2 Classes named as Person and Student.
2. Student class will be inherited form person class.
3. Person class has a string attribute “name”
4. Student class has two string type attribute “VUID” and “Degree Program Name”
5. These two classes have default constructor and setter getter methods.
6. Now create an new object in main method and get input from user to set all 3 attributes which reflect your own name and student ID
7. Serialize the object and store it in xml file name BCxxxxxxx.xml

 

Output.gif has been attached with this Assignment file please observe this file carefully your program’s output must be like this output file.

Submission details Following Files Must be submitted in a single zip or rar file. ·         .C# code file ·         A .gif file which shows working of your Application(For Recording .gif a software named Screentogif is uploaded on LMS, or you can use any other gif recording tool as well) You are not required to submit the complete project, only copy these files from project folder. Make sure to write your own VU ID in the assignment file(s) otherwise assignment will not be accepted.

If you do not submit any of the above mentioned file you will be awarded 0 Marks.
