1st ka mujhay khud nai confrm but i think is ka ye hai k If k is initially 3, max[3] might be set to 3 or 2.reader will be confuse about it
2nd ka yehi hai k A majority of the programmers would assume that all a, b, and c are being initialized to a while only c is initialized and a and b have garbage values in them.
This kind of overlook causes major programming errors which are not caught
easily and are caused only because there are side effects.so to avoid the side effects we should do not declare another variable in the same statement if we are initializing a variable at the time of declaration
