A government organization like (NADRA) is going to upgrade its system for maintaining people records and providing various new services.
They are going to outsource their project for which they are considering two companies, Company A and Company B. Company A has reputation in delivering product well within time, but they lack in good documentation. While company B commits to provide standardized documentation but requires extra time than company A.
Question: If you are hired as consultant, which company would you prefer and why? Justify your answer.
