  1. The user must be registered with the system.
  2. The user must be logged into the system as a DEO.

1 User clicks “Inventory Management” option from the main menu. System displays the list of options available for inventory management.
2 User selects Add Item option from the options available. The system display a form and asking to enter the information required for the item.
3 User fills the form with the item details presses the “Save” button. System displays the “success message” and displays the summary of the item added.
4 DEO clicks the “OK” button. The success message disappears, and the DEO is directed back to the main page.



Post Conditions

Item is successfully added into the inventory.

  2. The account which is to be edited must already exist into the system.

1 From the main menu, User clicks on Manage Account Options. System displays a list of all the options related to accounts management.
2 User clicks on Edit Account option from the options available. System displays the list of all the registered user accounts.
3 User selects a particular account and clicks on Edit button. The system displays an editable form containing already entered details for the account.
4 User edits the information in the form and clicks Save button. System displays the “success message” indicating that account has been saved after editing.
5 User clicks the “OK” button. The success message disappears, and user is directed back to the main page.



Post Conditions

User Account is edited successfully.
