Consider the scenario that the Ministry of Information Technology is using different software/applications which has been developed in a number of languages. Some of these applications have been developed in structural programming languages while some others have been developed in object oriented programming languages.
It is difficult for the ministry to sustain a number of programmers for each type of application. So the management of ministry wants to design a single language for their applications which could fulfill their needs as well as reduce the maintenance cost.
Suppose that you have been selected as a team member for the design of this programming language. Which design/paradigm (Structural or object oriented) would you suggest for this programming language? Support your answer with solid reasons.
Note: Do not write the pros and cons of structural/functional programming language or object oriented programming language. You are required to mention your choice with logical reasons.

anyone else got any ideas on this ???
The primary goal of object-oriented development is the assurance that the system will enjoy a longer life while having far smaller maintenance costs. Because most of the processes within the system are encapsulated, the behaviors may be reused and incorporated into new behaviors.
