Designing Departmental Network Based Topology among different Villages (HealthLabs) created based on IP Addressing


There are certain villages exist at remote locations near border, so in order to provide security and connectivity to those villages. We need to have network designed, so that to deal with health and security issues of peoples of those regions without any hassle of reach over there. There are 4 villages taken for having a compact scenario in which each village belongs to certain IP address class and its subnet contains 10 computers, which will be considered as a control system unit for each village and it (subnet) must of same class.


Scope of the System:

  • The network may comprise of wired or wireless connectivity.
  • Health and citizens security to deal with based on availability and responsiveness of network model designed.
  • The Topology should be clear in all aspects considering loop holes or deadlock.
  • Each village belongs to different class IP address and control cell must contains 10 systems, which are always active having almost 50 villagers data (optional Requirement).
  • There are total 4 villages to have topology design. The communication among 4 villages are in such a way
  • QoS (Quality of Service) should be monitored well to ensure reliable communication in the system.
  • Availability of resource is the core aspect of this project e.g. Accessibility and Integrity of network devices. (Must respond in any case)


Tools and Technology: Packet Tracer, GNS 2 (Optional)


D1   Deriving Functional Requirements of the System (Document Submission Containing  

Network Devices, Clients Interaction and Protocols)


D2    Designing the Topology and submit in the form of Microsoft Visio File or GNS file (Optional).


D3   Implementation of the given problem in the form of topology / Algorithm Flow and submit same in .doc file format along with Topology for Village Labs implemented in any tool.



For final viva/presentation you will have to come up with:

application/project/configuration complete and PPT slides of same project in running  state to avoid any inconvenience.
