Replies to This Discussion

Cost of one meter 100 pkr

Cost of 5 meter (one link) = 5 * 100 = 500

Cost of 21 links = 500 * 21 = 10500 pkr

got it..?

After adding 1 new router How could it becomes 42 ?

7+1=8 for adding new router ? right

n(n-1)/2= 8(8-1)/2=8(7)/2=7(4)=28

koi full asigmnt solution bta do plzz

G ap theek khte ha mug sa mistake ho gai sub sa mazrat karta hon  28 he ayga OK Thanks

ya I was wrong I am Sorry to All of you

28 is Correct

simple multiplication hi to he,,

yaha to mujy b smajh nhi aa rahi 2nd question ki ....

Dear Students Don’t wait for solution post your problems here and discuss ... after discussion a perfect solution will come in a result. So, Start it now, replies here give your comments according to your knowledge and understandings....

Dear fellows, get the idea from below example and solve accordingly...

# of links before adding new router = 5(5-1)/2 = 10

# of links after adding new router = 6(6-1)/2 = 15

cost of wire before adding new router = 10*5*100 = 5000

cost of wire after adding new router = 15*5*100 = 7500

Q.1

The formula to calculate No. of links = n(n-1) / 2

n = Number of routers = 7 before adding router

Just add one more router, mean put n = 8 to calculate No. of links after adding new router

 Q.2

To calculate the cost the formula is

(No. of Links * length of each link) * 100

Note: No. of Links we calculated in Q.1

Q1.

No. of Links before adding new router
Calculation        Final Answer
7(7-1)/2               21

No. of Links after adding new router

Calculation        Final Answer

8(8-1)/2                 28

Q2.

Total cost of wire before adding new router

Calculation           Final Answer

21*5*100                 10500

Total cost of wire after adding new router

Calculation           Final Answer

28*5*100                 14000

Can anyone tell if my answers are correct or wrong?

its correct acorrding to my point of veiw
