This is my first post ever and i have learnt a lot from you people, this community has helped me a lot, now its about time that I should return the favor.

Sorry to all for late posting but i was too much busy so could not visit here. Please check attached slides and change by your own.
Then explain these slide in your own word and make a video of your face during this. This video need to be compress by using any video converter in 3gp. after that put slides and compress video in a folder and rename folder with you vu id like. bc14XXXXXX then left click on that folder and choose option (add to "bc14xxxxxxx.rar"). this will create another file with your bc14xxxx.rar you have to post that file.
after posting video you need to download file and left click on that choose option extract here and play video in VLC player in other player you may sound issue.

Every subnet will have IPs in 2s power like 4,8,16,32,64,128,256…… we can choose number of IPs according to our need if we have 20 users in LAN we will have to get 32 IPs for this.
An important point is ,every subnet contains net IP and broadcast IP which will not useable for devices, its being used for identification of subnet so if we need exactly 16 IP for 16 users then we must have to choose subnet of 32 because two IPs will not be use on PCs. One IP we need for gateway we configure that IP on our router so all PC can communicate b/w each other by using gateway IP installed on router.
To make communication possible b/w 16 users we need total 19 IPs.
can any one explain this point? i am not clear with it
It means k hum ne ya to 4 ka subnet bnana ha ya 8 ka ya 16 ka so on mean k agr humein 20 IP zrorat hein to humein 32 wala subnet lena ho ga.
ye subnet mask ha jis ki binary representation:
agr aap end se bit zero kro to ye 2 ki power mein hoga,
aap behtr ha agr is mein confuse ho to kaat do slide se or just subnet mask or Network IP kid definitions daal do.

Best-effort delivery describes a network service in which the network does not provide any guarantees that data is delivered or that a user is given a guaranteed quality of service level or a certain priority. In a best-effort network all users obtain best-effort service, meaning that they obtain unspecified variable bit rate and delivery time, depending on the current traffic load. It can be contrasted with reliable delivery, which can be built on top of best-effort delivery (possibly without latency and throughput guarantees), or with circuit switching schemes which maintain a defined, continuous quality of service.
The postal service delivers letters using a best-effort delivery approach. The delivery of a certain letter is not scheduled in advance – no resources are preallocated in the post office. The service will make their "best effort" to try to deliver a message, but the delivery may be delayed if too many letters arrive to a postal office suddenly. The sender is not informed if a letter has been delivered successfully.
Conventional telephone networks are not based on best-effort communication, but on circuit switching. During the connection phase of a new call, resources are reserved in the telephone exchanges, or a busy signal informs the user that the call is blocked due to lack of free capacity. An ongoing phone call can never be interrupted due to overloading of the network, and is guaranteed constant bandwidth.
