really koi faida nai hay is forum pe kuch b share krny ka :(

Thanks for solution.

But, please don't fight here like CS506.

who ever will try to degrade me he will be definitely put him/her self in trouble. So IZAT KARO IZAT KARWAO :)

Data Marts are not reports, Data mart are departmental subset on selected subjects i.e. as DWH is subject oriented as per definition so sales department is subject, and from large DWH, Datamart is extracted. 2nd Thing Every Important , Setting is not done in DWH, it is done on staging area the process of finding & Fixing is called "ETL" (Extract Transform Load). The Reports are then Developed from Data Marts therefore Datamarts it self are not reports. I hope you must aware of very famous statement by "Bill Inmon" he stated, “The single most important issue facing the IT manager in future is whether to build the data warehouse first or the data mart first.”. So this is all about Top Down OR Bottom Up approach of data warehouse. for any ambiguity or question please ask here or add on skype ' VUACADEMY '
