 my today's paper went great 
Software Project Management CS615 Mid-term Paper (Session 3)

mcqs were quite easy not confusing.. easy to solve if you have read the complete handouts, you can easily solve them.. total mcq's were 16 and rest of the subjective paper completes 23questions. 
  1. Explain the concept of Preliminary User Manual? (2marks)
  2. List names of major design styles? (2marks)
  3. What software development life cycle model has characteristics of waterfall model and prototype model? (2marks)
  4. Define software processes and explain it. (3marks)
  5. Suppose you are working as a project manager in a software company. You are going to develop a software Examination system of VU. Mention methods for requirement elicitation you will use for software. (3marks)
  6. What is meant by SMARTER? Explain in detail. (5marks)
  7. The context free questions are mostly not related to requirements of the software project and may be used for understanding process. How do content free questions elicitation help in basic understanding of the problem. (5marks)
